HR Research Paper:
Prepare a 6-8 pages of content research paper – look for a current “Hot Topic” in 2021
Typed, double-spaced
The ‘cover page’ and bibliography do not count as part of the 6 to 8 page content requirement.
Remember to use good paper structure and format (APA or MLA Style): Introduction, Body, Conclusion
Please use at least 4 sources (remember it is critical to cite them in your paper and at the end):
The textbook is a required source (not just one citation but cite the themes from related chapters throughout)
Use at least 2 other strong online sources (not just wikipedia) – look for HR related sources or books
Interview an HR Leader or HR Specialist or Generalist as a source if possible (see if you can get input from someone in your HR department at a current or former job, or see if there is a Lakeland HR person that may be willing to provide their insight on the topic you choose.
