Scenario: Description of mHealth app
MyFitnessPal is an app I would choose for Esther since it monitors activities, counts calories which in turn helps reach nutritional goals. The MyFitnessPal, people can help track the calories they have eaten from meals. Meals and drinks are entered in the ap to view calorie intake. There is a free version and an advanced premium subscription. The premium version costs around $50 annually. The app helps with counting the number of calories you have eaten and also lets you know how many calories a meal is. For Android devices, the app may be downloaded via Google Play. Similarly, IOS users can download the app via app store.
