Then, implement your health promotion plan by conducting a hypothetical face-to-face educational session addressing the health concern and health goals.

Scoring Guide:
1. Presents a health promotion plan to a hypothetical individual or a group within a community. Slides enhance key points and adhere to visual design best practices, but no audio and/or speaker notes.
2. Evaluates educational session outcomes and the attainment of agreed-upon health goals in collaboration with hypothetical participants
3. Evaluates educational session outcomes in terms of progress made toward Healthy People 2030 objectives and leading health indicators.
4. Organizes content with clear purpose/goals and with relevant and evidence-based sources (published within 5 years).
5. Slides are easy to read and error free. detailed transcript, and speaker notes are provided.
