2- Ethics

Facing ethical or moral dilemmas can be par for the course for HR personnel. We can read in the news or see in the media ethical considerations, which require that organizations develop a culture of ethics. Employees face many different ethical decisions, and they are often guided by their own values and personal behavior codes (Mathis et al., 2020).

First, in 1 to 2 paragraphs, explain how ethical issues in organizations affect HR personnel (we must cite the textbook to help support our explanation)?

Second, in 1 to 2 paragraphs, share at least 3 areas for potential ethical issues in HR and explain how each area can affect organizational culture, job satisfaction, and/or job performance (we must cite the textbook or a peer-reviewed source)?

Third, in 1 to 2 paragraphs, research and explain how Covid-19 has created new ethical considerations for HR personnel (utilize a peer-reviewed journal article to help support your explanation)?

Finally, in 1 to 2 paragraphs, outline at least 3 programs and/or practices HR can implement that emphasize ethical behavior (we must cite the textbook or a peer-reviewed source)?
