The session discussed a situation where an older man was bullied by a young employer who was a lady and earned less then him, to the point that at the end the man has resigned .The co workers and even the boss seemed to be scared of the Bully. As everyone has only watched the situation at work and no one was brave enough to make a move to make an official complain about the Lady who was the bully herself.Not even the manager of the office was prepared to make a complain to his maneger above.

The discussion about the situation at the group session was run by the Univeristy of AVKF for the first year students of MA in Mental Hygine:
-The individuals didn’t know the man or the office workers personally.This was the first time they have heard about the story
-some of them where shocked and got suprised by the fact that something like this could really happen.
-one of the lady said that there was nothing to be done because then the other office workers would have also been bullied by the bully itself.
-A guy from the group got really unwell, as bullying has happened to him before in an office settings.
-I have identified that basically the Bully have taken over the whole office and got it under her control.Which the Lecturer pointed out as a good point.
-The session leader just seemed to have otherwise let the group work out their findings and only made a few guiding question.
