Govt essay topic: Absentee Ballots, Discuss the debate over Absentee Ballots. Compare and contrast three different methods that three different states adopt on absentee ballots. Focus in particular on (1) criteria for qualifying to submit in an absentee vote in the different states, (2) whether or not registered voters are automatically mailed a ballot or they have to formally request one, and (3) verification rules.
