CCNY: PSC 22200 – THE PRESIDENCY

SPRING SEMESTER 2018

TAKE-HOME MIDTERM EXAMINATION

This is a take-home examination.  You may use the assigned readings and your notes of class discussions, but NO outside research and NO Internet sources (except those specifically authorized).

Choose any ONE question.  Your essay should be no fewer than four [4] and no more than five [5] double-spaced pages of text.   Please indicate at the head of the essay which question you have chosen to answer (for example, Question 6).  Cite your sources in endnotes ONLY (no inline citations and no footnotes); use endnotes so that your documentation will not count as part of your text.  I will penalize violations of minimum or maximum page length and use of footnotes instead of endnotes.

ALL MIDTERM EXAMINATIONS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT (the end of the day) ON TUESDAY, 27 MARCH 2018, IN MY EMAIL INBOX:

If any problem arises preventing the timely completion of your examination or your paper, you must let me know as soon as possible so that you and I can work together to resolve the problem.
