b. The therapist’s qualifications and ethics

a. Concerns about the amount of training a prescribing psychologist would receive compared to a physician or psychiatrist who attends medical school resulting in adverse effects to potential safety and welfare of a patient.

b. Raise doubts as to whether a privilege would increase access to and the efficiency of mental health care.
