INSTRUCTIONS
You will write a 3 – 4 page paper in the current APA format that assesses your current
understanding of what enhances and interferes with your learning.
The paper must address the following:
 Specific learning strategies that you have found useful to learn more efficiently (i.e.,
more information or faster). Be sure to include specific examples (1-2 pages).
 Difficulties, hardships, and failures while trying to learn information. Be sure to include
specific examples (1 – 2 pages).
The paper must also include a title page and reference page in the current APA format. The paper
must include an introduction (how does learning relate to Cognitive Psychology and your
definition of learning) and a conclusion (provide an evaluation of your current learning status) in
addition to the body as outlined above. The title page and reference page are not included in the
3 – 4 page requirement.
