EIS strategic changes after Brexit

Q​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍​uestion: 1. Read the case study, analyse how the change was managed (identify the rationale, objectives, planning activities, implementation strategies and evaluate them) using at least 4 models/framework/tools (PEST analysis, TROPICS test, Force Field analysis, SWOT, SPACE Matrix or ADKAR model), 2. Critically reflect on your understanding of the course the extent to which you can identify the usage of theory/best practice, and 3. Assess performance and recommend alternative courses of action and/or highlight best practice. A report investigating a topical change event of interest to the participant, their sponsor or career aspirations. Identify a change initiative that was triggered by an external source, for example, BREXIT or Zero Emissions, analyse how an organisation, or indeed an industry, is tackling the change (identify the rational, objectives, planning activities, implementation strategies and evaluate them), then compare against best practice; (given your understanding of the course to what extent can you identify the usage of theory/best practice, would you recommend alternative courses of action?). DO NOT choose a change e​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍​vent related to marketing strategy. You should set the scene, detail the history, examine and critique the outcomes, detail the lessons, and then suggest a way forward. 5 main points of the report: 1. Organisation of report: Executive summary, introduction, main body, recommendation and conclusion. Well-structured analysis with an orderly flow of ideas. 2. Identifying the change triggers in the case study: The identified trigger of change(s) are comprehensive, show excellent quality and illustrate comparison against best practice. 3. Critical reflective analysis of change case study: Provides excellent information based on sustained focus of one or a few key elements about the change management process and implementation. 4. Comparing with best practice: Provides excellent comparison with the industry best practice or from a similar industry. A well-argued and perceptive contribution making excellent use of materials to analyse the case. 5. To what extent can you recommend alternative courses of action: Sophisticated and well considered applications of key concepts in change management to make recommendation on alternative courses of action(s)​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍​.
