Paper instructions:
This paper will research and compare three customer relationship management (CRM) software. They are Salesforce, Zoho, and Insightly.
1. Title page, with your contact info, name of your paper, some visual design
2. Executive summary
3. Research on each product’s history (company, founders, purpose, etc.)
4. One table outlining the features and benefits (including costs) of all products
5. A conclusion, outlining the best target usage for each product (if one product or
more is clearly inferior to another, that should be addressed here)
6. An appendix, properly labeled, of all research
