Essay

You will be expected to produce a 2000 word essay on long-term athlete development (TD) in a team sport of your choice. You should ensure that you describe at least three talent development models and that you identify, and justify, the potential gaps of the TD models through scientific evidence. Then you should design a TD framework that fills the gaps of the designated TD models.
