In a real project, you would meet with your project team and as a group perform an after action review. We’re going to simulate part of this experience using the discussion board. You will post the final results from your simulation and answer the following basic questions:

• What did you set out to achieve?  My goal was to complete a multifunction printer in 12 weeks  without running over budget

• How did this change as you progressed? As I Progressed Towards The End Of The Simulation It Always Seem To Go Good Until The End The Curving Point Starts Usually During ¾ of the way the team starts to get very stressed toward the product turnover.
• What went well and why? The Scope & Schedule went well due to the fact about being over budget to keep on scope and schedule
• What could have gone better? I found that the team doesn’t like to do prototypes maybe I will try to place a prototype during the middle of the simulation to see if there any positives however I doubt it I’m Still Having Trouble Staying in budget
