Research and write 3-page papers on topics related to art from an underrepresented minority group in the United States:
– Topic : Religion and Art (please work on Christianity and Judaism only )

For this assignment, please focus on art forms (film, theater, painting, sculpture, dance, performance art, poetry, music, etc…) that you believes provide a good representation of artistic expressions by the respective underrepresented minority group (you should use several art forms and artists for your paper and presentation).

Items to be included in your paper: (you will be graded on the fulfillment of these requirements)
• Short historical review: What are the challenges and successes that these particular groups have faced in the US?
• Research data focusing on: Who are they? Where do they live? You might want to consider census data and any other form of research that presents statistical information regarding to: demographics (Percentage of population in the United States; Education levels; Income levels; Geographic distribution in the United States)
• At least 5 (five) art forms and 10 (ten) artists (two artists for each art form) introduced to the the paper
• Please giving examples
• All papers must be properly cited in MLA format, which includes 1-inch margins (not 1.25 or 1.5), Times New Roman, and a 12-point font. When citing your sources in the body of your paper (in-text citation), please do not forget to add a “Works Cited” page at the end.
