For an organisation or industry in which you currently work or have worked in the past, decide whether you consider it to be resilient or not. Explain your reasons and give examples to support your view.

·       You should discuss this in the context of the characteristics of organisational resilience discussed on page 12 – 23 of TISN (2012).

·       You do not need to look at all aspects discussed on those pages. Instead, you just need to focus on a number of aspects that you consider important in the context of the organisation in which you work/have worked.
