Cardio: Treadmill vs Pavement

I. Introduction: First, you will write a five-page literature review about the topic of your research based on evidence found from research journals (5 sources are required to be used here). The final paragraph will include, a) your research question, b) your null and alternative hypotheses, c) and your expectations of the results, based on your literature review (be sure to link your expectations to the literature review you wrote).


II. Method: Second, you will write about your research method. You will a) describe the participants, in detail, that you plan to collect data from, b) describe the type of data you plan to collect (e.g., quantitative survey data, using interviews or experimental data) and the measures you will use, in detail and c) you will describe the procedure you will use to collect the data. Include survey questions in proposal as Appendix.


III. Analyses: You will a) define the variables of interest (e.g., independent/dependent or explanatory/response variables) and b) the type of statistical analyses that you plan to use and why you chose that type of statistical test.


IV. Results: Explain and display all tables and graphs for each question in survey. Summarize what was learned
