This module focuses on equality. The above case argues whether or not education is a fundamental right. After reading the above case, answer the following
question:
Do men and women share an equality of rights and protections within the Constitution? Why or why not?

analysis and conclusions are needed. Your essay should include concepts from this week’s chapter and information from the above article.
Points will be deducted for failure to follow APA formatting guidelines or repeated use of improper formatting, misspelled words, and poor grammar.
Remember that in each Module, you are to supply a minimum of two outside reference sources besides the textbook, and provided material. Academic
journals from the LIRN portal are preferred.
