Assessment: ADA Narrative Paper

Directions: Completion of this competency requires two part written narrative paper focused on the Americans. with Disability Act (ADA) of 1990 Part I: Summarize the 5 titles of the ADA legislation. Part II: Select 1 of the 5 titles and reflect on the progress made (or not made) for the United States to be a more inclusive society.

The reflection will be a 1500 – 2000 word document. The paper will include sufficient content to demonstrate your general understanding of the legislation and progress made. Information must be presented in a manner that is clear, concise and include an introduction and conclusion. Citations from a minimum of 2 sources must be included to support your opinion. Citations must be in AMA format.
