Mark Twain uses The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn to make a personal statement on the issue of slavery. Your task is to make a personal statement about a current issue using the personal narrative style. Tell the story of something you have personally experienced that made you take a stance on an issue. For example, when you were little you might have thrown a candy wrapper on the ground and your parents taught you that we need to keep the earth clean so throwing trash on the ground is not something that is acceptable which made you see that this is an issue that is important to you.

It must be written in the style of a personal narrative.
