We need a research for literature reviews (not less than 10 documents) related to using power pi in HR analytics better if its designed to support Human Resource in their decisions and visualization , those reviews should include HR dashboards using power PI , we should add tow tables (sample attached) , the first one (Source including links , objective , problem , methodology , results ), the second table include summary of each research dashboard data related to the employees and what’s been included in each dashboard (source , data mentioned for example headcount – performance rating – major – degree , nationality …etc) & methodology with used system and platform .
