Communicating and Evaluating Total Rewards with a Total Rewards Metrics Dashboard
Instructions:

-select four key evaluative metrics to monitor and communicate the effectiveness of the total rewards strategies of the organization used for assignment one. (Deloitte. I attached )

-Using a PowerPoint presentation of approximately 7 slides (use what you feel is required to present your information) to frame the data, the following will be communicated:

Title slide
Name of organization
Four evaluative metrics monitoring effectiveness of the total rewards strategies
Rationale for why the metrics were selected
Description of how the data will be collected
Pictorial depiction of the four metrics displayed in a dashboard
References
-The slides of the presentation will be kept simple with bullet points (try to use no more than six words for a bullet point and no more than six bullet points per slide).

– The notes section of the presentation will contain the information to explain the points. This should be done as if the student is making a presentation to an audience.
