This report must be typed, 12 Times New Roman font, double spaced with 1 inch normal margins. The report should include:
A) Analysis of County Supervisors: Phillip Peters (District 1), Zack Scrivner (District 2), Mike Maggard (District 3), David Couch (District 4), and Leticia Perez (District 5). (number, gender, age, ethnicity, etc.)
B) And audience/Speakers (general census)
C) Outline procedures followed to discuss an issue:

#1-Roll Call, #2-Salute the Flag, #3-Pet of the Week, #4-Consent Agenda/Opportunity for Public Comment, #5 Board Member Announcements or Reports
D) how did they vote, the process;
E) Summary of one issue observed and resolved;
F) Personal evaluation of meeting with problems observed and solutions: Rural areas (Mexican Colony/Colonia and Fuller Acres) infrastructure issues, or COLA (cost of living adjustment).
